Requirements

Provider Requirements

To ensure the highest level of professionalism and safety, all massage therapy providers must meet the following requirements

  • Licensing: Providers must be licensed by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB).
  • Verification: Providers must submit their licenses for verification through our platform to confirm their credentials.

Customers Requirements

To maintain a safe and reliable environment, all customers are required to obtain a Trusted Client Certificate from AMC. This process involves:

  • Application: Customers must apply for the Trusted Client Certificate through our platform.
  • Verification: Customers must provide necessary identification and pass a basic verification process to ensure they are legitimate and trustworthy clients

Registration

  • Providers and customers sign up on the AMC platform.
  • Providers upload their AMTA and NCBTMB licenses for verification.
  • Customers apply for the Trusted Client Certificate and undergo the verification process.

Verification

  • Our team reviews the submitted documents for authenticity.
  • Verified providers and customers receive confirmation and their profiles are updated with a verified badge

Escrow Dashboard

  • Once verified, both providers and customers gain access to the escrow dashboard.
  • The dashboard facilitates secure payments and appointment scheduling, ensuring that funds are held in escrow until the service is satisfactorily completed

Bookings

  • Customers can browse verified providers and book appointments through the platform
  • Providers can manage their schedules and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Meetings are conducted in a professional and secure manner,with AMC overseeing the process to ensure compliance with our standards.

Completion

  • Our team reviews the submitted documents for authenticity.
  • Verified providers and customers receive confirmation and their profiles are updated with a verified badge

Payment

  • Once Funds held in escrow are released to the provider.verified, both providers and customers gain access to the escrow dashboard.
  • After the service is rendered, the customer confirms completion on the platform.
  • Both parties can leave feedback, further enhancing the community trust.
